In 2016, IGT boasted an over 25,000 square foot trade show environment. To ensure this space was as inviting as possible, two interactive concierge stations were developed. These stations were placed on each corner of the exhibit and staffed by IGT brand ambassadors. The Brand ambassadors greeted and drew attendees in from the highly-trafficked aisles welcoming them into the space, ehancing their overall experience. This touchpoint afforded a unique opportunity to not only guide visitors, but also promote key products and messages.
